Shipping policy

Please note that although we make our best effort to dispatch products in a timely manner there may be instances where circumstances beyond our control delay their delivery.

Products Delivered Electronically
Products are delivered either via an email containing the necessary license information such as serial number, authorisation code and download URL or via the establishment of an account provisioned on the software authors servers with an associated email notification to enable access once the account has been provisioned successfully. We endeavour to process all orders received as quickly as possible and for most products this often takes less than 30 minutes on a working day [Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00]. However, please note that some products require the approval of the software author and this can add up to 24 hours to the time it takes to process.

Products Delivered Physically
Products ordered before 2pm on a working day [Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00] usually ship on the same day for next working day delivery.
